Rank and system information

NANA Rank Requirements are designed to be learned and practiced at your own pace.
Learn the sets and forms by studying the recorded material.
Memorize and practice the sets and forms.
Once you have become proficient in each of the requirements for the next belt, you are ready to test for that rank.

You have two options for testing.
You may make an appointment with a qualified NANA instructor to test at the UPLAND MARTIAL ARTS CENTER, or you may video yourself performing all of the required sets and forms and send it to NANA.
Files of tests may be submitted via the internet. E-mail for information.

Your tape must include all appropriate testing fees for it to be considered,  Tapes are not returned.

If you pass you will be notified by mail and sent a promotion packet.

The promotion packet includes the following:

Promotion Certificate
Instructor’s review of your test with recommended areas of improvement.
